The bars taste good but are very sweet (18 grams per bar). Would not recommend shipping during the summer to the southern US states, they melt a little.

These bars are delicious and seem to be all natural. I like to eat them midmorning when I get hungry but it's too early to eat lunch. Great for kids lunchboxes.

I was recently diagnosed as being gluten-free and dairy-free and I am thrilled to have found this snack. It's absolutely delicious, filling and healthy. I have a terrible sweet tooth and I find that it satisfies my craving. I will definitely buy this again from Amazon -- the price is terrific.
