Excellent service August 10, 2010 G. George (Pipe Creek, TX) I received my order of High Road to China very quickly and it arrived in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this seller.
A classic! July 22, 2010 Matt D. Eckert (Coeur D' Alene) I saw this movie as a child and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately it has dropped into the same category as "The Keep", "Wrestling Ernest Hemingway", Surviving Picasso", and LVT's "Antichrist" in that it hasn't had a U.S. release in dvd format. You can easily get past all of this by making your dvd player region free (Philips are the best and easiest) and getting them from around the world. My copy of HRTC is from Sweden. Aside from some minor flaws with the language dubbing it is still a great asset to my dvd library!
High Road to China June 26, 2010 freeconservative I loved this movie and it is the ones they never release in DVD format that you want. It can't be that difficult.
A forgotten modern classic.... June 18, 2010 Brian48 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I'm not going to repeat the synopsis of the movie like all these other reviews. That has been done very well by others so I won't bore you. All I'm going to say is that I really hope they decide to give this movie the proper Blu-Ray treatment that it deserves. This was one of my favorite movies growing up and in many ways, superior to Raiders of the Ark, of which it was IMPROPERLY compared too.
Lost but hopefully not forever April 30, 2010 B. Zucker (New Joisy) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Saw this movie many times and wondered how it passed by without too many nods of approval. It is excellent. Entertaining and well-acted. I can't wait until it it available on DVD. Make it happen soon.
